All salads should be served over tossed garden greens & garnished with a variety of fresh veggies...served with your choice of dressing and a slice of fresh Rye bread...

Chunks of Grilled Chicken ...Tossed & Coated in your choice of B.B.Q Sauce, Teriyaki Glaze, or Honey Mustard

Tuna Salad Platter ... or ... Individual can of Tuna packed in Spring Water...(NoMayo !)

Chunky Chicken Salad Platter...

Chef Salad...Julienne Strips of Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, Salami & Cheeses..

Tossed Garden Salad.....

Fruit & Cheese Platter...Freshly cut fruits in season accompanied by sliced Cheeses and assorted crackers.......

Fresh Fruit Salad..

Crudités...Fresh Veggies and Lo-Fat Dip....
